Experience Designer/Strategist,
Booz Allen Hamilton
As a Lead Experience Designer, I support multiple clients in the health, security, and internal technology accounts. I support everything from developing a UXUI workstream to managing and improving the user experience across 10+ GIS products and services, building out a refreshed design and expertise for a national health public website, and launching multiple technology-focused marketing campaigns.
2019-2021
Global Digital Marketing Manager, ABB Power Conversion (GE)
As a Global Digital Marketing Manager, I managed the launch of their organization's first dedicated website experience during the global pandemic shutdown.
Additionally, I was responsible for building the strategies for e-commerce, customer portal, and parametric search capabilities. I also managed demand generation, social and email marketing, advertising, supporting internal communications initiatives, and their intranet site.
2017-2018
Design Strategist, Freelance
As a Design Strategist Consultant, I supported small businesses and nonprofits on creating more streamlined and strategic marketing strategies through various mediums, including graphic design, digital media, market research, and marketing reporting for clients including ThinkWell Consulting, Teach for America, American Heart Association, and Catholic Charities.
2014-2017
Graphic Designer, WellMed
As a Graphic Designer, for enterprise, twelve markets, and our charitable foundation, developed various marketing collaterals in both print and digital mediums to meet marketing campaign growth initiatives, deadlines, bi-annual metrics, and customer experience needs.
Additionally, I was the project design lead for launching the first internal e-commerce platform for our internal clinical and marketing teams to have on-demand access to our marketing collaterals, by market, which helped reduce design error rate and customer satisfaction by 95%.
